We can make leashes to match any of our shop's collar/harness prints.
Our current production time is 7-10 business days. If you need it sooner, please send me a message with the date you need it.
Because every item is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the mistake is ours. Please take the time to review all of our details and policies before placing your order. If you still have questions before you order, we are more than happy to answer them!
All of our products are made with quality materials that have been tested on our fur babies and those of family and friends. Our products are made to last but are not indestructible. We are not responsible for the wear your pup puts on his/her collar.
We are human, and mistakes do happen. If you are sent the wrong size or pattern or if there is a defect with your order, please contact us immediately. After 48 hours of delivery, we are no longer responsible for orders' defects.
While we stand by the quality of our collars and use them on our own dogs, we do not recommend using them as your only restraint when walking your dog. Our collars are not recommended for pullers and heavy-duty use. We highly recommend using one of our safe harnesses as the primary restraint when walking your dog.
We can provide a general guide for your dog. However, you can never predict how big a puppy will grow, even if you know the current weight. We can add some additional length for your items at no extra charge. But there is still a chance that your pup needs a bigger size in the future.
Different shops have different size charts. A dog who wears a size L harness in shop A does not mean he will fit a size L in shop B. The bestway is to measure your dog and check our size chart. There’s “a no return/exchange policy’’ if the reason is ordering the wrong size without measuring.
Collars and Harnesses are washable on a gentle cycle with like colors. Do not place it in the dryer; bows must be removed before washing. Bows can be hand washed and air dried.
Yes, they are removable with a hook and loop.
The Step-In harness goes on by pulling up once the dog's front legs are in and then clipping over the shoulders. The “H” Style harness goes over the head, through the front legs and clips around the rib cage. Each harness has a 360 video.
